XFuels maintains a centrally controlled Operations Model

It allows for flawless execution between strategic uplift points, our seamless distribution model and timeous fuel delivery. This is achieved through our advanced, well-maintained fleet of company owned vehicles, tankers and carriers.

By utilising our own fleet, we deliberately invest in state-of-the-art equipment and security systems to ensure deliveries are executed accurately and according to our customers’ requirements and expectations. Investments include real-time monitoring, camera systems, technology meters, and electronic meter printers. This allows us to streamline our fleet management operations for optimal efficiency, safety and security.

Our fleet consists of a multitude new model Truck Tractors and Tri-Axle trailers that are under constant satellite surveillance to ensure all vehicles are always on route and on time.

How we Ensure

Our Fleet Remains World-Class

Our Truck Tractors are replaced every three years, and Tanker Trailers every five years. Services and maintenance checks are conducted regularly on all our vehicles. With the combined expertise and experience of our fleet controller and technical manager, we eliminate the chances of having a breakdown even before it has a chance to occur. Mandatory maintenance contracts ensure we minimise down time, keep vehicles in tip-top condition, and inevitably keep the wheels turning.

We also have a well-equipped workshop, with washing and storage facilities, along the N1. This allows our own trucks to be inspected on every trip – thus eliminating breakdowns on route.
